These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as GTC) contain the rights and obligations of the Customer (hereinafter referred to as the Customer) using electronic services provided by József Sáfár (hereinafter referred to as the Service Provider) and the Provider via https://spefekteto.com. (Provider and Customer jointly referred to as: Parties). The GTC applies to all legal transactions and services which are made via https://spefekteto.com, regardless of whether it is performed from Hungary or abroad, by the Provider or its contributor

GENERAL INFORMATION CONCERNING THE CONTRACT BETWEEN THE PARTIES
This GTC apply to any electronic service that is made through the electronic store (hereinafter referred as SpEFEKTETO store) on the website https://spefekteto.com (hereinafter referred as the Website). In addition the scope of this GTC covers all transactions between the Parties spcified in this contract. Purchasing in the SpEFEKTETO store is governed by the Act CVIII of 2001 on Electronic Commerce Services, Certain Aspects of Information Society Services.
Purchaing in the SpEFEKTETO store is electronically made by clicking on the Buy Now button in the manner specifies in this GTC.
Some of the SpEFEKTETO store’s services are available to all users without registration. However some services are subject to a purchase/registration, for which any is entitled under the terms of the GTC.
The contract language is English.
The Provider does not undertake any provisions of the Code of Conduct

REGISRTATION
You can sign up for the https://spefekteto.com/portfolios site by clicking the Buy Now button. Required fields: surname, first name, country, street, house number, city, state/country, postal code, phone number, valid e-mail address and a freely chosen password. By registrating on the Website, the Customer acknowledges the terms and conditions of this GTC and agrees to the data management contained in the Privacy Policy
The Provider shall not be liable for any delays and/or inaccuracies that may be attributable to the Customers and any other problems or errors. The Provider shall not be liable for any damages if the Customer forgets his or her password, or becomes available for any unauthorized person for any reason not attributable to the Provider. The Provider treats each registration as a separate person. To change your previously recorded data after logging in you can click at the Profile menu on the https://spefekteto.com/account-page page or at the https://spefekteto.com/my-account link in the notification email received at the account registration, which may also affect your active order information. The Provider shall not be liable for damages or faults resulting from the change of the registered data by the customer
DELETE REGISTRATION
The Customer is entitled to cancel the registration at any time by sending an e-mail to info@spefekteto.com.Upon receipt of the message, the Provider shall promptly cancel the registration. The Customer’s user data will be immediately removed from the system, however this does not affect the retention of data and documents related to orders already submittedm, does not result the deletion of such data. After removal, the data can not be restored, the service can not be reused.
The Customer is solely responsible for secrecy of user access data (such as password). If the Customer becomes aware of the fact that a third party has been granted access to the password provided during registration, he or she must immediately change his or her password, and if he or she assumes that the third party is abusing the password in any way, must notify the Provider at the same time
The Customer agrees to update the personal information provided during the registration in order make them timely, complete and valid.
ORDER/BUY/SUBSCRIPTION
The essntial features and specifications of the services can be learnt at https://spefekteto.com and at https://spefekteto.com/portfolios pages. The Provider is considered to be a contractual fulfillment if the service has more favorable, more advantageous features than the information provided on the website. If you have any question before purchase, info@spefekteto.com is at your disposal.
The purchase price is always the amount indicated next to the selected service, where the VAT/goods and services tax/sales tax is not included.
The Provider reserves the right to change the prices of services purchased from the Website, provided that the modificatin will take effect simultaneously with the appearance of the Website. The modificaton does not affect negatively the price of the services already purchased. The online payment transaction securtiy check takes a minimum of 24 hours, making the service available only after that.
If, despite the diligence of the Provider, a defective price is placed on the Website’s surface or possibly a “0”USD or “1” USD price due to system error, the Provider is not obligated to provide the service at an incorrect price but may offer a correct service in which case the Customer my withdraw from his intention to purchase.
The Provider will only accept the purchase through the Website if the Customer fully fills out all the fields required for the use of the service. (If the Customer fills a field incorrectly or incompletely, an error message is sent by the Provider) The Provider shall not be liable for any delays or other problems that may be attributed to the Customer’s misrepresentation and/or improper assignment of the ordering data.
Purchasing or using a service in the SpEFEKTETO store is available with clicking Buy Now button and than using the Basket. Then click on the Proceed to checkout button to enter the registration information and click on the Payout button to pay on the payment page where the Customer can choose how to settle the total amount of the order.
To delete or to change the content of the Basket click on the „x”. Clicking on the Return to shop button will allow the Customer to select another service and then by clicking on the Add to cart button he is redirected to the basket page where the new, changed service package can be purchased as described above. After the purchase the Customer will receive a confirmation e-mail about the registration, the service purchased, the membership level associated with it, and the confirmation of the email address. IMPORTANT: To use the service, the Customer must confirm the e-mail address by clicking on the confirmation link! The expiration of the duration of the service and its extension will be notifies by email to the Customer. After clicking on the link in the e-mail and signing in the subscription can be extended.
Price of service displayed on the Website is indicated in the form of net sales (excluding VAT and other taxes).

CORRECTING DATA ENTRY ERRORS
The Customer may correct the data entry errors on the ordering surface at any time during the order or before submitting the order to the Provider (for example delete a portfolio from the basket by clicking on „x”)
BID CONSTRAINT, CONFIRMATION
If the Customer has already been sent the order to the Provider and notices a mistake regarding the information contained in the confirmation email, he must report it to the Provider within 1 day or the notification may be provided when the Provider contacts him to avoid unwanted orders.
The order is considered to be a contract concluded electronically, which is governed by the the Act V of 2013 on Civil Code and by the Act CVIII of 2001 on Electronic Commerce Services and Information Society Services. The contract is governed by Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.) on the detailed rules for contracts between consumers and businesses and take into account the provisions of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on consumer rights.
RESPONSIBILIY
The information on this Website is in good faith, but is provided for informational purposes only, the Provider is not responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information.
The Customer may use the Website solely for his or her own risk and accepts that the Provider shall not be liable for any material or non-material damages arising out of use, in addition to liability for intentionally, grossly negligent or criminal offenses and for breach of contract for life, physical integrity and health.
The Provider excludes any liability for the conduct of the users of the Website. The Customer is fully and exclusively responsible for his or her own conduct, in which case the Provider fully cooperates with the competent authorities in order to detect infringements.
The pages of the service max contain links that lead to the pages of other providers. The Provider shall not be responsible for the data protection practices and other activities of these providers.
The content of the Website that may be available for the Customer during the use is the Provider’s right but he is not obliged to verification, and the Provider is entitled to disclose published content but is not required to search for signs of continuin illegal activity.
Because of the global nature of the Internet, the Customer agrees that the Website will be used in accordance with the provisions of the relevant national legislations. If any activity related to the use of the Website is not permitted under the law of the Customer’s state, the Customer shall be solely responsible for it.
If the Customer detects any content that is objectionable on the Website, he or she shall promptly notify the Provider. If the Provider finds the notification reasonable, is entitled to immediately cancel or modify the information.
ENFORCEMENT OPTIONS
Complaint management
The Provider is obliged to examine and substantively merit the written complaint within thirty days of the receipt of it, and to make sure that the Customer gets the response. If the complaint is refused by the Provider, it must give its reasons in the substantive reply to the rejection.
The Provider accepts the objections made by the Customer at info@spefekteto.com e-mail address.
Other Enforcement options
Judicial proceeding. The Customer is entitled to enforce his claims arising out of a consumer dispute in court in civil proceeding under the Act V of 2013 on Civil Code and Provision III of 1952 on Civil Procedure Code. The Provider is obliged to cooperate!
In case of a dispute, the District Court of Veszprém is competent.

OTHER PROVISIONS
The Provider is entitled to unilaterally amend the terms of this GTC at any time. The Provider informs the Customer about the changes through the Website interface. After the modification, the use of the Website is subject to the express acceptance of the Customer through the Website and in the manner provided therein.
